Geo earned his Master of Healthcare Administration degree and served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy. He is a doctoral candidate. As the Director for Healthcare Business for a community hospital, he was responsible for all internal Healthcare Hospital Business Operations and maintains partnerships with external organizations. He personally consulted several healthcare organizations and managed operations, analyze past performance, and strategize for future value. Islands Healthcare Consultants was founded through the passion in assisting healthcare organizations care for our community.

Dr. Max Richardson is an American psychiatrist with specific interests in child and adolescent psychiatry, medical education, and healthcare leadership. He graduated top of his class at the University of Central Florida, earned a Master of Education from Harvard University, and completed his Medical Degree at the University of Florida. He taught thousands of students as an instructor through online courses and a test prep company he founded. He actively engages in medical education research, lectures medical students, and participates in national organizations to champion advancements in the fields of medicine.

Dr. Luan Nguyen is a family physician at American Medical Center, the largest outpatient medical center in the region. He was named the best family physician in Guam in 2020 and 2021. Dr. Nguyen is the founder and CEO of NEWGEN, a physical therapy and wellness clinic. He was the former #1 Men's tennis player in Guam by age 15 and went to play Division 1 tennis for the University of Maryland Terrapins. Dr. Nguyen joined Islands Healthcare Consultants to create a positive sum game within the island nations' healthcare system. He strives to help neighboring healthcare organizations bring safe, efficient, and effective care for the community.

Nate is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of success in Operational Excellence and process improvement. Nate is skilled in Operations and Project Management as well as Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance Systems. Nate hold a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College and am a Villanova University Certified LEAN Six Sigma Practitioner. Nate's diverse professional background gives me excellent “vision” to see how operations in one industry can be modified and appropriately applied in others. It has also helped me to understand the fundamentals, no matter process. Nate enjoys spending time with my family doing whatever, as long as we’re together, but do have pure joy when free diving our beautiful Hawaiian waters.

Blake earned his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University and is working towards his doctorate in Psychology at Hawaii Pacific University (HPU). During undergrad, Blake was a student-athletic and graduated with honors. Now, while at HPU, Blake serves as a graduate assistant within the athletic department. Blake has always had a strong passion for sports specifically baseball. With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, he plans to maximize the efficiency of the various parts of the company through diligence, passion, and loyalty. Blake's commitment to helping others will aid in maintaining a healthy business culture and create lasting relationships with individuals the company comes in contact with. One thing that makes Blake unique, is he holds experience in fields outside of healthcare which will help create a diverse business structure.
